A collaboration with singer Iva M of Aphrodite Is The Jackal for the AIA 8 S.O.S “İzmir” release by Artist in Action humanitarian association.

NOTES REMIXES NEVADA: TO THE TREES

With its invitation to get close to Nature, Nevada’s To the Trees To the Trees [Uglydog Records 2021] immediately inspired Notes, opening a journey into many experimentation possibilities offered by the central theme: trees, nature and the sense of peace given by the immersion in greenery, changes and the discovery of microcosms hidden in the landscape. In Notes’ musical vision, a remix should move away from the original piece giving life to the right balance between the basic idea and a new sonic gaze on the world. In this particular work, the closing of the musical tale exploit the idea of the tree as a structural element of the composition: the mother sounds symbolizes the trunk that develops branching out into harmonies, and bringing the listener in new, magical dimensions. 

NOTES FEAT. ENDI PRIMO: COME FANNO I FIORI

The abyss and the alps are extreme places in antithesis to each other; both can inspire contradictory emotions, like danger and peace, darkness and light. Such elements inspired the birth of this beat. Endi Primo used the technique of intuitive writing to create his lyrics: accessing the deepest levels of the soul, he brought to the surface the paradoxes of this time. His words required a clean and essential beat, capable of emphasizing meanings.

CINEMATIC HORROR MUSIC COLLECTION

6 cinematic musical atmospheres created by Notes and Mauro Martinuz; six retro-flavored electronic paintings specially composed and produced to increase the visual power of video games, short films, documentaries and moving images.

RETROFUTURISTIC SOUNDSCAPES

While growing interest for soundtracks, Notes funded the label “Echoscope Records” to produce electronic music for imaginary sci-fi movies. Such experience in visionary sound design led the the collaboration with Mauro Martinuz to compose and produce this instrumental collection.
